Welcome to the Frontier Futures site 2026 relaunch. I know you’ve been waiting… I hope to use this site to consider some different aspects of the challenging future that humanity faces – economically, environmentally, politically.  I plan to use non-fiction and fiction writing to illustrate, inquire and – I really hope – entertain.  I have what you might describe as a talent for directed pessimism.   If it can go wrong, it probably will – but it usually won’t prove to have been half as bad as you thought it would be.
